It is a seasoned stew made of aubergine (eggplant), green and red peppers, onions, courgette, olive oil and salt. Similar to French Ratatuille.
This product is natural 100%, and do not have artificial colouring nor preservative.

It is usually eaten as a garnish with grilled meat or fish, although it is a tipical tapa served with a fried egg on top.
Just have to heat it.
